Step into a pivotal role as a Driller at Skeena's Eskay Creek Mine, where operational excellence meets safety. This position centers on accurate drilling in a energetic mining environment. As a Driller reporting to the Supervisor, you will safely and efficiently operate DTH drill rigs.
You'll be instrumental in meeting drilling specifications, achieving production targets, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your hands-on experience is key to ensuring proper ground control. Key Responsibilities:
Perform secure operations of drilling platforms
Adhere to drill patterns and engineering specs
Keep accurate records of production metrics
Participate in safety meetings and hazard reporting
Support crew management and mentoring Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
3–5 years of experience with DTH drills
