Join Bird as a Site Superintendent focused on civil projects in Sudbury, Ontario. Manage subcontractors and ensure safety and quality across construction operations. This role requires effective leadership to guide day-to-day site management and uphold the Bird Safety Program. You'll be instrumental in fostering a cooperative team setting, providing impactful coaching, and supervising staff development.

Proven experience in civil construction supervision

Familiarity with contract drawings and project execution
Proficient in MS Office and construction software
