Ideal candidates must be self-motivated and able to handle over 50 pounds while adapting to a energetic setting. This role includes planting seedling trees, caring for seedlings, and selecting appropriate planting locations. Key Responsibilities:
Plant and care for seedling trees
Select planting locations and inspect tree quality
Accurately document trees planted each day
Assist in camp infrastructure setup and takedown
Uphold safety standards and support team culture Requirements:
Commitment to full spring/summer planting season
B.C. Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification preferred
Ability to live and work in remote settings
Solid physical capability and teamwork skills
