Infrastructure team is looking for a strategic leader for the TPTE practice, focused on traffic engineering, planning, and multimodal project management throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. As a leader, you will nurture team growth, enhance collaboration, and support business development initiatives. Your leadership will directly impact protected and effective transportation systems in our communities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the TPTE practice regionally
Facilitate teamwork and high-quality project execution




Offer mentorship and performance coaching to staff
Engage in business development and proposals for key projects
Coordinate and lead multimodal transportation initiatives Requirements:
Minimum 8 years in transportation planning and traffic engineering
Civil engineering or related field degree required
Solid experience in project management and delivery
High organizational and collaborative skills
Preferred professional registration Lead transformative transportation initiatives with Stantec, enhancing mobility and safety for communities in the Prairies and Territories.
