Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Cross Dock

Location: Concord, ON

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday

Straight Shifts: 1 am - 9:30 am

Pay Rate: $21.53/hr

We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry. This is an excellent chance to join a quick-paced, safety-focused operation where you'll play a key role in the productive movement of freight and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a steady cross-dock setting, is committed to workplace safety, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

Job Duties:
Safely operate Counterbalance at a steady pace
Load and offload trailers, placing skids in the proper area of the warehouse
Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume:



Length × Width × Height)
Assist within the warehouse as required

Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of counterbalance experience
Cross dock experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of WMS
Use of RF Scanner
Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation due to shift timing
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
