CHEO is looking for a Registered Nurse to support complex pediatric cases, delivering vital care to children under 18. Contribute to multidisciplinary efforts and ensure the best outcomes. As a Registered Nurse with CHEO's Extensive Needs Service, you will engage with families and children facing extensive health challenges. With your background in pediatric mental health, you’ll be key in coordinating care plans and advocating for patient access to necessary resources.

Experience in health surveillance and case management is essential for this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments for medical and psychiatric evaluations
Triage referrals and gather medical histories
Monitor outcomes of medical interventions
Facilitate access to community support
Support preventative health measures in clinic Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BScN) is ideal
At least two years of mental health experience
Current CNO registration and CPR certification
Robust family-centered care skills
