As a Prep Cook, You Will
Complete daily preparation of food
Ensure food is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion
Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
Organize work areas as well as storage areas
Maintain a high standard of safety and sanitation
Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chef, and the Head Chef




Follow instructions as directed by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Assist in all areas of the kitchen as required
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Follow all operations policies and procedures
Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are
Positive and outgoing personality
Love for building solid relationships with team members
Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a rapid-paced environment
A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too

What You Bring
Cooking or prep experience is an asset
A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
