Support implementation of resident care services
Oversee admission processes and bed occupancy
Review and action incident reports promptly
Schedule Annual Care Conferences for residents
Communicate emerging care issues to management Requirements:
Minimum HCA Provincial Certification
Proficient in English, orally and in writing
At least 5 years in a care setting
Robust leadership and supervisory skills
