This full time permanent role requires responsiveness to emergencies and assisting recent residents with their transition. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while managing daily tasks, including security patrols, logging case notes, and addressing maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities:
Secure the building and conduct patrols overnight
Attend to emergencies and conduct intakes for new residents
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients
Maintain cleanliness of office and common areas
Update daily logs and occupancy reports Requirements:
Diploma in social services or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the social service system in Toronto
Ability to manage and de-escalate abusive behavior
Reliable team member with strong communication skills
