Assess children and families to identify risks and needs

Track cases and report on progress periodically Requirements:
Social Work Diploma with 3–5 years of related experience
Deep understanding of CKAM’s child welfare approach
Proven experience in family-centered case planning
Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
