Candidates should possess a degree in electrical engineering or computer science and have a minimum of three years of patent dispute litigation experience. This role is open to Principals only, allowing for growth in a supportive and team-oriented workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Litigate patent disputes with a focus on client satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to strengthen case strategies
Engage in discovery and motion practice efficiently
Prepare and argue legal briefs and motions
Assist in client communication and relationship management Requirements:
Three or more years of patent litigation experience
Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent
