Lead management of surety and trade credit recovery files
Structure legal matters involving secured creditors and priority disputes
Represent Intact in legal hearings and arbitrations
Mentor junior team members on legal processes
Conduct training for underwriting and claims personnel Requirements:
Qualifying degree (LL.B. or J.D.) with Law Society of Ontario membership
10+ years of complex litigation experience
Deep understanding of securities and insolvency law
Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills
