The ERP Business Systems Analyst role is focused on developing a deep functional and technical understanding of key business systems and identifying the most effective ways to leverage them. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to plan, design, and implement digital solutions that drive efficiency and business value through the use of new and existing technologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, decompose high-level concepts into detailed requirements, and distinguish user requests from underlying business needs. Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to refine, optimize, and develop new processes where required. Develop deep functional and technical expertise in ERP systems (primarily Infor LN), related applications, and supporting business processes. Identify system gaps and recommend solutions to meet evolving business needs. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, test cases, and other project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams, ensuring alignment of requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
