We are looking for a highly analytical and business-mindedManager, Business Insightsto join our Analytics team.Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and business decision‑making. You will act as a key liaison between Business Intelligence, Strategy, and business stakeholders, helping transform data into meaningful insights and recommendations.This is not a traditional reporting role. We are looking for someone who can move beyond the numbers to answer executive questions, uncover what matters most, and communicate the “so what” behind the analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quantitative analysis and modeling to address ad hoc inquiries from executive leaders and business stakeholdersLead analytical investigations across multiple functions with ambiguous inputs and tight timelinesSupport strategic initiatives and business reviews through structured analysis and insight generationDevelop executive‑ready visualizations and materialsIdentify opportunities, risks, and business drivers through data analysisPrototype reports and analyses in Excel before formal BI development at a fast paceSupport ongoing KPI scorecards and reporting solutions that are integral to WBR/MBR/QBR processes, including refreshes, enhancements, and introduction of new metrics as business needs evolveTranslate business requirements into scalable BI opportunitiesAct as liaison between BI, Strategy and business teamsLeverage AI tools with validation to improve productivity and insight generationQualifications5–8+ years in Business Analytics, Strategy,
