The Surrey School
District is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Tradesperson to join their staff. Whether you're a current graduate or an experienced technician in Millwright, HVAC, or Gas Fitting, your contribution will support the maintenance of over 140 school facilities. You'll enjoy a balanced work-life with access to quality tools and a fantastic work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HVAC installations and service tasks across facilities
Collaborate with a small team of maintenance professionals
Perform repairs and renovations efficiently
Manage maintenance tools and equipment in compliance with safety
Document services performed and maintenance logs Requirements:
BCTQ in a relevant trade: Millwright, Gas Fitter, or Refrigeration
Valid Class “B” Gas Ticket; Class “A” is an asset
Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems
Class 5 BC Driver’s license required
