We are seeking a Paint Shop Line Lead with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. The ideal candidate will manage staff, set production priorities, and ensure high levels of quality control while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily paint shop activities and staff
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Keep track of production data and KPIs
Resolve production and workflow issues effectively
Support Lean initiatives to enhance processes Requirements:
1+ years in industrial paint settings
Knowledge of quality standards and painting processes
Solid organizational and communication skills
