Support early learning as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant at Rocky Mountain Childcare, part of Summit Community Services Society. This full time position focuses on nurturing care for children aged 3 years and above. As an ECEA, you will implement developmentally suitable activities that promote independence and growth across various areas in children's lives.
Your role includes collaborating with co-educators and ensuring effective communication with families, while adhering to BC licensing regulations that guide our practices. A welcoming and organized setting will be crucial in this supportive childcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and assess child-centered activities
Work closely with co-educators to ensure quality care
Foster positive communication with parents
Adhere to Licensing guidelines strictly
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the space Requirements:
ECEA Certification is essential
Valid First Aid and Food Protected Certificates
