Lead the development of Alberta's pioneering adolescent mental health services as Program Manager at CASA Mental Health. This role involves operational leadership and team building for impactful care delivery in Fort McMurray. As a Program Manager, you will report to the Director, Clinical, and oversee the establishment of CASA House, integrating multiple care models.
You will manage staff recruitment, team mentoring, and program launch, all while promoting community partnerships. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring evidence-informed care pathways adapt to the needs of adolescents and families in the area. Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership and performance management for interprofessional teams
Develop integrated service pathways for seamless mental health care

Engage with community organizations and represent CASA Mental Health Requirements:
Graduate degree in clinical psychology or related field
Five years of experience in youth mental health
Two years of leadership experience in healthcare
