Responsibilities - To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an effective workflow and smooth
Manage and supervise the work of drivers
Plan driver delivery areas and routes
Dealing with problematic packages
Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work Qualifications - Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French
Robust planning and organizational skills
Demonstrate team-oriented teamwork spirit
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Willing to work variable shifts/overtime
