The successful candidate will demonstrate solid analytical skills, ensuring all payment-related data is accurate and efficiently reconciled. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of service we provide to our healthcare practitioners and, ultimately, to patients across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of physician payment cycles across clinics
Validate source data and process payments accurately




Support onboarding, offboarding, and payment changes
Prepare reconciliations and maintain master data
Communicate efficiently on payment inquiries Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5–7 years of related experience required
Advanced skills in Excel and data management
Experience in healthcare payment processes preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Drive effective payment operations and enhance healthcare service delivery at WELL Health.
