About the Role
We’re looking for a bubbly, results-driven, and sales-savvy Medical Aesthetician to join our team! This will start as a part-time position, with hours as needed, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as your client base and treatment bookings grow.
You’ll be responsible for performing a range of non-invasive aesthetic treatments, while also guiding clients towards the services that best fit their skin concerns and goals.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic services including:
OxyGeneo facials
Chemical peels
Laser treatments
Microneedling
Classic facials and skin care services
Conduct skin consultations with a solid focus on client education and treatment planning
Confidently recommend treatment plans and retail skincare products
Provide an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked
Collaborate closely with the entire ZCC team,
including our injector and front desk staff
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Aesthetician
Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution
Laser Technician certification (or eligibility to perform laser treatments in Ontario)
Solid consultative sales skills
Extremely personable, outgoing, and energetic
Trustworthy and client-focused with a passion for results-driven skincare
Comfortable working Saturdays (at least 2 per month) and with variable hours as client bookings grow
Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Arabic language skills are an asset (but not required)
