Become an essential part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Dillon as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst. This hybrid role requires robust data-fluency and relationship-building skills to support strategic insights. As a full time member of our team, you will be focused on enhancing analytical methodologies and implementing new processes.

We seek a robust analyst with a problem-solving mindset who is ready to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Support the Director of M&A; in evaluating acquisition targets while transitioning from data gathering to impactful analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial modeling and valuation support for M&A; activities
Conduct thorough due diligence to identify integration needs




Assist in tracking financial performance of acquired companies
Optimize FP&A; processes and existing models
Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Commitment to working hybrid: three days at the London site
