Your role will focus on repairing large mining equipment like haul truck boxes and dozer blades. This position requires expertise in GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding methods, emphasizing a robust safety culture and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Rebuild and repair mining equipment components
Apply all position welding techniques accurately
Interpret and execute welding blueprints
Operate various welding and cutting equipment
Ensure work area remains secure and organized Requirements:
Must have Red Seal or Alberta Journeyperson Welder Certification
Minimum one year of manufacturing experience desirable
Required certifications: fall protection, elevated work platform, and BSO/CSO
Oil Sands experience is an advantage
