Office & Operations Lead — eToronto Tickets

eToronto Tickets is looking for a motivated and highly organized Office & Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day operations of our ticketing business.

You’ll manage both in-office and remote staff, help with customer issues, and keep a quick-moving operation organized.

What You’ll Do
Manage and support in-person and remote staff.
Handle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
Communicate professionally with customers and help resolve customer service issues.
Keep daily operations organized and on track.
Take initiative and handle tasks independently.
Assist with ticket inventory, pricing, purchasing, and event-related tasks as needed.
Deal directly with major ticketing and resale platforms such as StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster, and other industry partners to resolve order, inventory, delivery, payment, and account-related issues.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent organizational skills and a robust ability to multitask.




Fluent in English with solid written and verbal communication skills.
Independent and able to take initiative.
Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Strong people skills and a professional approach to customers.
Management experience is an asset, but not required.
Ticketing or live-events experience is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of major sports teams, players, artists, venues, tours, and playoffs is a strong asset.

Schedule

Monday–Friday in person at our Richmond Hill office, with offsite work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Availability for irregular hours, evenings, and weekends is a must. You must be able to respond to urgent issues outside regular office hours, including an 8 p.m. emergency or a weekend event. Hours may vary with event schedules and business needs, sometimes at short notice.

Compensation

Starting salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually, with potential for more based on experience.
