Become a part time Community Health Worker with the Vancouver Island Health Authority, aiding clients in daily living. This role involves crucial travel, focusing on patient independence from 7 PM to 11 PM. You'll join a committed health care team responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes.

This includes executing delegated tasks and developing effective plans of care. A valid BC driver's license and Home Support/Resident Care Attendant certification are required for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and daily living
Implement care plans under multidisciplinary guidance
Travel regularly between various health care sites

Certificate in Health Care Assistance or equivalent
Valid BC driver's license and Food Secure Certificate
