Become a Legislative Coordinator with the Municipal District of Greenview, Alberta, managing the legislative and policy review cycle. Act as a central resource for fostering departmental relationships and policy needs. This position reports directly to the Manager of Legislative and Administrative Services. As a Legislative Coordinator, you will lead the Policy Review Committee and proactively identify legislative needs across departments.

Your responsibilities also include serving as the Substitute Returning Officer during municipal elections and acting as Clerk for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the legislative and policy review process

Build relationships with departments and elected officials
Act as Substitute Returning Officer during elections
Serve as Clerk for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Requirements:
Proven experience in legislative processes
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to build cross-departmental relationships
Familiarity with municipal governance
