Manage portfolios of overdue accounts for various ministries
Draft documents as per Alberta Rules of Court and policies




Facilitate negotiations in court and mediation settings
Investigate debt recovery options according to legal guidelines
Work with stakeholders to devise effective solutions Requirements:
Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
2+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role
Knowledge of collections and debt recovery legislation
Familiarity with legal systems and compliance practices
