Schools is seeking two full time Occupational Therapists to start immediately until June 29, 2027. As a member of the Learning Supports team, you will facilitate students' participation in school activities, develop therapeutic strategies, and support teachers.
Your role will emphasize collaboration, assessment, and intervention in an inclusive educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy services during classroom activities
Promote independence in students' everyday tasks
Facilitate skill development through engaging activities
Write assessment reports for parents and professionals
Collaborate with learning support teams for individualized plans Requirements:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
Minimum 2 years' experience with children with complex needs
Strong problem-solving and assessment skills
