You will need an active Government of Canada Reliability security clearance for this prospect, starting in October 2026. Your responsibilities include developing, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into epics and stories
Troubleshoot defects and incidents on the platform
Document requirements, development and testing results
Participate in Agile delivery and project governance
Requirements:
5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
3 years implementing ITSM and other platforms
Experience in workflow design and integrations
Solid documentation and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of ITIL standards and Agile methodologies
