This full-time role focuses on enhancing HR technology under The Salvation Army's mission. You will gather business requirements, leverage HR data, and implement cloud-based solutions to align operational goals. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your insights will propel data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document HR business requirements across stakeholders • Collaborate to define solution requirements for Workday implementations • Analyze HR data and produce custom reporting solutions • Recommend improvements for data management and process quality • Champion Workday Compensation and Perks with compliance oversight
Requirements: • University degree in computer science or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of Workday expertise in business processes • 2-3 years in Business Analysis with critical problem-solving skills • Proven experience in high-profile, complex projects • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
