Our insurance client is seeking an Operations Planning Administrator to support colleagues within the Operations Planning Department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documents, reports, and administrative processes.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and information.
- Prepare and update reports using established templates.
- Support achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Planning team.
- Develop a basic understanding of relevant insurance processes and legislation.
- Complete routine and repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What You Need
- 1+ year of administrative work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage similar tasks consistently and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- French and English bilingual skills preferred.
