As the IT Operations Manager, you will independently own the IT function in a team of one, operating closely with leadership and external specialists. You’re expected to resolve technical issues, manage critical IT systems, and cultivate processes that support the company's growth. Your role includes overseeing Microsoft 365, maintaining security policies, and delivering responsive help-desk support while you drive continuous improvement.
