In this site-based position, you will develop and implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and support field staff to uphold Ledcor’s safety initiatives. Your ability to manage risks and lead incident investigations will directly contribute to a safer workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Implement Ledcor's safety management programs
Advise on safety meetings and toolbox talks
Monitor and report compliance with regulations
Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments
Develop and audit hazard assessments Requirements:
5+ years of pipeline health & safety experience
CRSP or safety diploma required
Expertise in construction safety practices
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
