Your role will include helping residents with daily routines, observing their health, implementing care plans, and engaging in quality assurance activities. Contribute your skills in a positive environment focused on well-being and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals
Conduct regular health observations and report to RN
Administer medications as directed by the healthcare team
Collaborate in developing and refining individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace for residents Requirements:
Valid certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in Long-Term Care advantageous
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities
