Direct strategic R&D; initiatives and field trials
Manage and mentor a hybrid team across Canada
Implement and optimize current research methodologies




Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Liaise with external partners for successful research outcomes Requirements:
12 years in a relevant agricultural or biological field
MSc or PhD in Crop Science, Pathology, or related fields
Established leadership capabilities in complex organizations
Solid data analysis and experimental design skills
