TRUE is seeking an Intermediate Civil Design Technician in Penticton. Use your AutoCAD Civil 3D skills to develop municipal infrastructure, enhance client connections, and thrive in a supportive setting. As a valued member of TRUE's team, the Intermediate Civil Engineering Technologist will play a key role in our Penticton office.
You will focus on the detailed design of infrastructure and apply your knowledge in civil engineering technology to execute projects for our municipal and First Nation clients. This position will allow you to engage in significant fieldwork and site assessments. Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare infrastructure layouts using AutoCAD
Create plans for grading, roads, and utility design
Perform construction inspections and detailed reporting
Coordinate efforts with engineers and fellow technologists
Visit and evaluate project sites regularly Requirements:
5 – 10 years’ experience in civil engineering design
Degree from a Civil Engineering Technology program
Familiar with MMCD and GIS/ESRI software beneficial
Robust communication and organizational skills
