The Continuous

Improvement, Supply Chain Program Manager leads Lean initiatives focused on refining operational processes. You will facilitate cross-department collaboration, perform root cause analyses, and conduct Gemba walks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lean and continuous improvement programs in operations
Facilitate departmental collaboration to streamline process flow
Drive hands-on Gemba walks and kaizen events
Manage change initiatives aligning digital transformation with ERP/MRP
Track and report KPIs to promote operational excellence Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or supply chain
Solid knowledge of Lean principles and tools
Experience with Oracle ERP/MRP and data-driven problem-solving
