Alma Lasers is seeking a Field Service Technician to operate from home in the Greater Montreal Area. This role involves extensive travel throughout Canada to maintain and repair laser systems for clients. As a technician, your expertise in diagnosing and fixing medical equipment will support Alma's mission of customer excellence.

You'll draw upon your field service experience while ensuring compliance with quality standards and performing preventative maintenance. Expect a combination of remote troubleshooting and hands-on repairs at client sites. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and tackle laser system malfunctions
Complete necessary repairs to meet specifications
Maintain accurate service records
Troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved service Requirements:
College diploma or equivalent in electronics
Minimum of 4 years field service experience
Familiarity with ISO 13485 certifications preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license
