Support students in their learning journey as a Grader/Marker for WOMN 1600 at the University of Manitoba. This role focuses on grading and providing student feedback. The position runs from September 14 to 18, 2026, with an expected workload of 54 hours, allowing for up to 40 hours of work weekly.
Responsibilities include grading, offering feedback, and aiding students in understanding their academic performance. Key Responsibilities:
Attend orientation for grading and feedback guidelines
Evaluate and grade assignments submitted by students
Provide detailed written feedback on submitted work
Maintain regular consulting hours for student support
Assist in developing exams and projects with supervision Requirements:
Completion of studies relevant to grading expertise
Empathetic towards student learning needs
Effective English language skills required
