With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services, your insights will drive compliance initiatives and support the development of training materials. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this energetic role. Key Responsibilities:
Manage RCM updates related to legislative changes
Conduct assessments of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
Lead annual self-assessments and testing efforts
Analyze findings and develop remediation plans for controls
Support enterprise RCM Risk Assessment activities Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust skills in data analytics and risk models
