Ltd., a leader in propane distribution across Canada, seeks an experienced Dispatcher. You will coordinate with drivers, manage dispatching systems, and support customer inquiries. Robust communication and computer skills are essential, as well as an understanding of logistics and dispatching principles. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with drivers to manage delivery demands
Prepare delivery ticket selections and dispatch within systems
Produce and review performance and truck reports
Adjust customer account delivery parameters as needed
Provide customer support on incoming inquiries Requirements:
Experience in dispatching and logistics is an asset
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Customer service experience required
Qualified driving or fleet dispatching experience is a plus
