Be a pivotal part of community health as a Full time Occupational Therapist with the Eskasoni Health Centre. Focus on providing vital assessments and treatments for clients across diverse health needs in a cooperative setting. The chosen candidate will support the Eskasoni First Nation by delivering skilled therapy across various settings such as Eskasoni Health, Eskasoni School, and Kiknu Long Term Care Facility.

You will assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan. This role emphasizes collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective and culturally resonant care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient services at Eskasoni Health and School




Conduct assessments using standardized and non-standardized tests
Develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans
Design adaptive equipment and instruct on proper usage
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with the provincial Association
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Knowledge of First Nation cultural practices
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively Leverage your expertise to enhance occupational therapy services within the Eskasoni community.
