Join the Community Services team in Prince Albert as a Nurse Practitioner focused on specialized care for sexually transmitted diseases. This position in the Sexually Transmitted Diseases Specialty Clinic requires a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and active registration.
You will leverage your skills in community health promotion, assessment, and development for optimal patient outcomes.
Experience in primary health care settings is preferred along with a certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support. Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care at the clinic
Conduct community health assessments and promote health initiatives
Collaborate with healthcare specialists for comprehensive patient care
Ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN(NP)) certification
One year of experience in community health
Knowledge of population health strategies
