WSP is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Compensation & Programs Delivery in Montreal, QC. This role leads the global ESPP program and LTIP administration, governs compensation initiatives, and partners with HR leaders and global teams to drive governance, reporting, and strategic alignment. You will oversee annual cycles, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and communications for leaders while shaping governance frameworks and business insights.

English is essential, with bilingualism a plus.
