Create and update PFMEA and Control Plans
Supervise flow charts and work instructions development
Ensure lean manufacturing alignment in processes
Conduct RCFAs and implement corrective actions
Assist in evaluating recent suppliers for quality Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Minimum of 5 years in process engineering
Proven project leadership experience
Solid knowledge of PFMEA and lean practices
