Deliver swimming lessons based on established curriculum
Plan and organize daily lesson plans and evaluations
Keep accurate records of participant progress
Set up and maintain all relevant aquatic equipment
Perform safety checks on lifesaving gear each shift Requirements:
Certification in National Lifeguard Program required
Standard First Aid and CPR “C” certifications necessary
YMCA Swim Instructor certification preferred
Experience in diverse community interaction
