Your focus will be on profitable growth, risk management, and delivering high‑quality service to members with loan needs typically greater than $20,000,000.What you will doManage a portfolio of large, highly complex commercial members.Actively monitor profitability and build long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide in‑depth analysis and structure complex credits.Use advanced knowledge of balance sheets, cash‑flow mechanics, and business plans to propose solutions.Negotiate and document credit and cash‑management arrangements.Develop and execute marketing plans to identify and close new member opportunities.Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on prospects.Stay informed on new products and share knowledge with team members.How you will succeedUniversity degree in Business,



Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of progressive commercial lending experience.Experience with land development and construction financing (asset).Strong sales‑management skills, including goal setting and pipeline monitoring.In‑depth knowledge of commercial banking markets and key industries.Advanced expertise in lending policies, credit analysis, underwriting, and documentation.Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Comfort with digital tools and AI‑enabled technology.CompensationSalary Range: CAD $95,000.00 to $142,400.00 annually.
