Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesSpeak with Pinterest customers by phone or video, helping them articulate advertising and branding goals; schedule meetings with advertising consultants.Email Pinterest customers who cannot be reached by phone, assist with goals and arrange meetings with advertising consultants.Manage time and prioritize work using Salesforce, keeping information up to date and creating sales opportunities for Partner Management colleagues.Collaborate with program lead/manager to identify process improvements for lead handling, customer experience, and increase number of meetings booked.Manage the customer journey from initial contact through booking appointments with Partner Managers.Execute outbound sales motions to generate incremental net new revenue for the client,
