Job OverviewThe Robotic Welder - Night Shift (5:30 PM – 4:00 AM) will weld and program assemblies on a robotic welder to ensure it meets the ISO:9001:2000 Quality Management System.QualificationsCompleted at least some secondary school3-5 Years of experience in welding and programming robotic weldersValid work permit (Canadian, permanent resident, or foreign national)ResponsibilitiesWeld and program assemblies designated for the robotic welderEdit weld programs to improve efficiency and qualityManually weld inaccessible areas by robotProperly handle and use jigs and safety equipmentChange out jigs/fixtures in the robot cellSpot weld assemblies before robotic welder welds themClean welds and remove splatter when weld is completedIdentify weldment with assigned stampFollow through on the First Part Checked procedureBenefitsA great benefit package and competitive wages are just a couple of things to expect when working at Schulte Industries.
