Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead manufacturing engineers and technicians
Optimize existing processes and design current product lines
Lead CAPEX project management from initiation to execution
Implement continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing
Collaborate with product engineering for manufacturability
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, P.Eng. certification preferred
Over 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience in both automated and manual assembly environments
Strong skills in Lean methodologies and CAPEX project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
